1. Service Overview

Einvite provides digital event microsites, dynamic RSVP tracking tools, and collaborative guest photo vaults for weddings, celebrations, and private milestones.

2. Free Creation & Paid Publishing

Users may design, customize, and preview their event website free of charge in sandbox mode. A one-time payment (Standard: ₱1,499 or Luxe: ₱2,999) is required to publish the live public URL and begin accepting guest RSVPs.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because our platform allows full sandbox building and visual testing prior to payment, all sales are final once a website is published live and serverless cloud infrastructure is provisioned.

• Duplicate Payment Grace Period: In the event of an accidental duplicate transaction, a 100% refund for the duplicate charge will be processed upon request within 48 hours.
• Free Event Date Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled due to weather, venue changes, or personal circumstances, hosts may freely update their event date, time, and venues in the Host Dashboard at zero additional charge.

4. Hosting Duration & Lifecycle

Standard event websites remain active for nine (9) months from creation. Luxe event websites remain active for eighteen (18) months from creation. Prior to expiration, hosts receive automated notifications allowing them to download all media archives or renew hosting as a digital keepsake for ₱499/year.

5. Content Ownership & Photo Moderation

Event hosts retain full copyright and ownership of all content and imagery uploaded to their site. Hosts are granted full moderation rights to delete or hide any photo uploaded by guests. Einvite disclaims liability for unauthorized, defamatory, or inappropriate photos uploaded by guests.
