• Host Information: Name, email address, contact number, and event details (venues, dates, partner names).
• Guest Information: Full name, email, phone number, attendance status, dietary requirements/allergies, and warm wishes submitted via event RSVP forms.
• Media Uploads: Photos uploaded to the guest photo vault by event hosts and authorized attendees.

2. How We Use Your Information

All guest information is collected strictly on behalf of the event host to coordinate headcount, catering requirements, and guest communications. We never sell, lease, or distribute personal or guest data to third-party advertisers.

3. Search Engine Privacy

All event microsites are configured with strict noindex, nofollow metadata to ensure your private schedules, vows, venues, and guest lists remain hidden from public search engine indexing (Google, Bing, Yahoo).

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely using enterprise-grade cloud databases with Row-Level Security (RLS) and encrypted object storage. Access to guest responses is restricted exclusively to the authenticated event host.
